Delivery of products purchased from the Site is carried out throughout the entire territory of Romania through the following methods:
The Company offers free shipping for orders whose total value exceeds 300 RON (VAT included).
Free shipping applies exclusively to localities within the standard coverage area (without additional kilometrage) of the collaborating courier companies.
The total shipping cost, including fees for additional kilometrage (where applicable), will be calculated and displayed to the Buyer in the shopping cart before completing the order. The Company ensures full price transparency, so that the Buyer is aware of the complete delivery cost before assuming the payment obligation.
The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated by the Company's representative at the time of telephone order confirmation.
As a rule, products in stock are handed over to the courier within 24-48 working hours of order confirmation.
For equipment requiring import or special configuration, the delivery timeframe will be communicated by the Company's representative, but shall not exceed 60 calendar days from the date of order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, or until the date the products enter the Seller's stock for shipment.
The Company cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier company, extreme weather conditions or other cases of force majeure, but will make every effort to mediate the rapid resolution of the delivery.
In accordance with art. 20 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, in the case of contracts concluded with individuals, the risk of loss or deterioration of goods is transferred to the Buyer at the moment when the Buyer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
In the case of contracts concluded with legal entities, the risk is transferred at the moment of handover of the goods to the carrier, except where delivery is carried out using the Company's own fleet.
We recommend that the Buyer verify the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier. In the event that visible damage is found, the Buyer is requested to draw up a report with the courier and to note the damage on the transport document (AWB). In the relationship with Consumers (B2C), the absence of notes on the AWB upon receipt does not cancel the legal right to the conformity warranty, however the Consumer will bear the burden of proving that the damage existed at the time of delivery.
If the Buyer is not found at the delivery address, cannot be contacted within the agreed timeframe, or refuses receipt without valid reason, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of a new delivery request for the same order, all transport costs (round trip) shall be borne entirely by the Buyer, regardless of the total order value.
If the Consumer refuses receipt of the parcel without valid reason, this action will be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. In this situation, the Company will reimburse the amounts paid, but reserves the right to deduct from the amount the direct cost of returning the goods, in accordance with the law. For Professional Buyers (B2B), unjustified refusal of receipt entails their obligation to bear the full round-trip and re-shipment costs.
