Payment Methods

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All prices displayed on the website www.daisy-medical.ro include VAT and are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON). Payment for products can be made through the methods listed below. Products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the amounts related to the order has been received in our accounts.

II. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

1. Online payment by bank card (processed by Netopia Payments)

• Online payments can be made with a personal or company card, under fully secure conditions. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (classic and electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.
• Card data processing is carried out exclusively through the Netopia Payments platform. The website www.daisy-medical.ro does not request or store any details regarding your card.

2. Cash payment (cash on delivery)

• The value of the order is paid to the courier upon receipt of the parcel.
• In accordance with Law no. 70/2015, cash payments are capped at 5,000 RON per day for transactions between legal entities (B2B) and at 10,000 RON per day for transactions between a legal entity and an individual (B2C). Any amount exceeding these limits must be paid by bank card or bank transfer.

3. Bank transfer (payment order)

• Payment is made in advance, based on the proforma invoice issued after order confirmation. Shipment will be carried out exclusively after confirmation that the full amount has entered our account.

III. SELLER PROTECTION AND ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

• In the case of online payments, the Company cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by their card-issuing bank.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if the transaction is invalidated by the payment processor (Netopia) or if there are suspicions of fraud.
• In the case of bank transfer, if payment is not confirmed within 3 working days, the order is automatically cancelled in order to release the products from stock.
